The Time Planner+ helps you:

Summarize your project workload
Budget for hiring help
Create and sign hiring agreements
Generate and save work schedules

It’s built to simplify time management, so you can focus on creating music instead of juggling tasks.

How It Works (4 Steps)

1. Estimate Your Workload

Decide how detailed your project breakdown should be. For music production, you can break your workflow into:

Recording
Mixing & mastering
Final edits

For other projects, use basic or session mode to input total time needed. Then, enter how many projects you are completing (e.g., 10 tracks or 10 video).

2. Enter Your Expectations

Set the number of workdays you plan to dedicate and your project deadline. Time Planner+ will calculate a schedule to help you finish on time.

3. Finalize Your Team

If you’re working with help, assign tasks and divide work evenly. Enter your helpers’ contributions and payment if applicable.

Fun fact: You can also create and sign hiring agreements, including EIN/SSN, name, and signature—either digitally or printed.

4. Generate and Save Your Schedule

Under the Schedule tab, enter:

Project title
Start date & time
Workdays of the week

Fun fact: Time Planner+ generates time blocks to complete your project by the deadline. If your deadline is tight, it adjusts the time per day automatically.
