TERMS AND POLICY

Your rights with our music

All music and visual content on this site is for personal use only. Unauthorized activities, such as downloading, sharing, modifying, or using content for commercial purposes or A.I. training, are prohibited. If you purchase content, you may use it personally and upload it to your digital streaming services for offline listening. For background use, you are permitted to upload only the preview portions of our music to your platforms, as these previews are authorized under the Fair Use Act. Full, unauthorized portions of songs are not allowed for this purpose.

How we handle your data

We value your security and prioritize your privacy. The information submitted through our forms, including credit card details and content from discovery calls, is kept confidential and not shared outside our team. If you contact us via email, your data is only used to address your inquiry. To request the deletion of your information, contact us, and we’ll handle it promptly. Your trust matters, and we are committed to protecting your data.

My rights / our rights as a company

We reserve the right to decline any offer and may not respond to all submissions due to high volume. We value your time and creativity and encourage you to resubmit if needed. Please note, we do not tolerate flaming, discrimination, or harmful behavior. If such behavior occurs, we will address it promptly and end all communication respectfully.

Refund Policy

Merchandise can be refunded, but each return request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and prevent fraud. Please contact us for merchandise refunds, and we'll address your request carefully. However, refunds are not available for services, including music and beat sales, or voting submissions.

Infringement Policy and Damage Assessment

If you infringe on our terms and policies, which protect our content and copyright rights, you will undergo a fair process. If found guilty, you must remove the infringing content and pay a fine of at least $1,000 within three months. Failure to pay on time will incur a 10% weekly interest charge. Payment plans are available, and requirements may be adjusted at our discretion. To assess damages for unauthorized use of copyrighted music, we consider: Extent of Use: How much of the music was used? Purpose of Use: Was it for commercial gain or personal use? Economic Impact: Did it affect the original creator's earnings? Willfulness: Was the use intentional or accidental? These factors help determine the extent of the damage and guide the enforcement process.
