Are there any copyright or licensing rules I should know?Yes. You should only upload music or beats that you own or have the legal rights to share—including any samples, vocals, or instrumentals. Uploading copyrighted material without permission can lead to content removal or account suspension. If you believe someone has uploaded content that infringes on your rights, you have the right to report it, and our team will review it promptly. Always ensure your uploads comply with copyright laws and our Terms & Agreement.

Can I upload music on behalf of other artists?Yes, as long as you have the legal rights or permission to do so—such as being a manager, label, or collaborator. However, to be eligible for any marketing support, features, or contest rewards, the artist or producer must also have an active membership on the platform.

What types of music or beats can I upload?You can upload any genre or style of music or beats—as long as it's original or you have the rights to share it. Whether you're working in hip-hop, R&B, electronic, pop, or something experimental, all creative sounds are welcome. Just make sure the content aligns with our Terms & Agreement.

Can I upload files?Yes, you can upload music files—but keep in mind that they are deleted after processing to help prevent piracy. For continued access and visibility, we recommend sharing your music through streaming links (like SoundCloud, Spotify, or YouTube). This ensures your content stays live on the platform and accessible to others.

What kind of marketing or exposure can I expect?When your music is selected for promotion, you can expect exposure across our platform’s channels—this may include featured spots our mobile app, newsletter announcements, social media shoutouts, and playlist placements. Our goal is to help your music reach a wider audience and connect you with fans and industry professionals.

How do you ensure the quality of shared music?We review shared music based on originality, sound quality, and overall creative presentation—especially for content considered for promotion or features. While all members can upload their tracks, only music that meets our quality and community standards will be highlighted. Community feedback and engagement also help surface standout content.

How do you select music for promotion?Music is selected based on a combination of quality, originality, and how well it fits the platform’s vibe and audience. We also consider community feedback and engagement. Remember, regularly uploading your own fresh tracks increases your chances of being noticed and promoted!

How frequent are opportunities?Opportunities arise regularly, but new chances depend on fresh music being shared—music you’ve created yourself or that you manage, such as through a record label. Be sure to upload your latest tracks each time for the best chance at extra visibility and promotional features. Stay active and keep an eye on your notifications to catch every new opportunity!

Can I follow or message artists directly?Yes! You can follow your favorite artists to stay updated on their latest releases and activities. Messaging is enabled on our mobile app, so you can connect and engage directly with artists right from your phone, depending on their privacy settings.

How do I connect with other members?You can connect with other members by joining our private group, engaging with content, and using the messaging feature on our mobile app. Following other users is also a great way to stay in the loop and build your network within the community.

Are there community guidelines or rules I should follow?Yes. All members are expected to follow the community standards outlined in our Terms & Agreement. This includes respecting others, avoiding spam or harmful content, and only sharing music you have the rights to. Violations may result in content removal or account suspension. Be sure to review the Terms & Agreement to understand what's expected.

Keep in mind that some activities, like participating in private groups, may make your profile visible to other members. You have the flexibility to adjust these settings anytime in your profile.

Can my profile be private?Yes! You can choose to hide your profile at any time by updating your settings. Just keep in mind that if you engage in our private group, your profile will be visible to other members, even if it's set to private elsewhere.

How is my personal data protected?We take your privacy seriously and follow industry best practices to protect your personal data. We never share your information with third parties without your consent and use encryption to keep your data secure. To help prevent piracy, any music files you upload are deleted — so we recommend sharing your music via streaming links to keep it accessible on the platform.

How is my information protected?The information yo submit, whether that be music to Zach, credit card details, your address, meeting from consultations, remains confidential. We delete submissions that were not selected and remove files you upload in our community feed. To remain mutually beneficial, no information is shared with 3rd party entities and you can contact us to remove your profile information anytime by contacting us. Bottom line: your information is safe with us.

How is my music protected?Music is uploaded in the Community Feed is covered under the Fair Use Act and deleted if not embedded, and submissions to Zach are confidentiality reviewed then deleted if not selected from our database. You're encouraged to embed your music in the Community Feed to prevent piracy and share links to your music when possible (helping you remain in control). Any unlawful actions that obstruct your creative assets will be handled lawfully. Bottom line: your music submitted to Zach is confidentiality reviewed, and music not embedded it deleted to prevent piracy. We do not store music we don't own the rights to.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. Depending on your location, we may also support other payment options like PayPal or Apple Pay. All payments are securely processed to protect your information.

What happens if I report inappropriate content or behavior?When you report inappropriate content or behavior, our team reviews the report promptly and takes appropriate action, which may include removing content, issuing warnings, or suspending accounts. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful community for all members.

So how does this platform work?The platform connects music creators with opportunities for exposure, support, and networking. Artists and producers can share their songs or beats to be considered for marketing and promotional features. At the same time, anyone can become a member to access exclusive content, stay updated on new releases, and be part of the community.

What is the refund policy?Apparel can be refunded after 7 days of receipt, which you can request here. Each return request is reviewed individually to ensure fairness and prevent fraud. Music projects, services, and your membership dues are nonrefundable. Bottom line: you can only receive refunds for your apparel.

We do not store assets that is not embedded. This protects your work and the integrity of the platform. This includes when messaging via direct chat.

Any member found in violation of these terms may receive a warning, be suspended, or removed from the platform.

Repeat or serious violations will result in a permanent ban.
