Our Music Training & Internship Program is a career development initiative that funds music producers while providing aspiring music professionals (18+) with hands-on, industry-relevant experience.

This remote, asynchronous program allows participants to learn at their own pace while receiving personalized guidance from an assigned coach for live support whenever needed.

Participants gain practical skills in A&R listening, media buying, music curation, creative analysis, collaborative communication, and marketing by helping us release Beat Packs and raise brand awareness — experience that directly translates to real-world roles across the music industry.
