By joining and participating in this platform, you agree to the following Terms & Agreement. These guidelines exist to create a safe, respectful, and collaborative space for all members.

1. Age Requirement (18+ Policy)

• To maintain a safe and mature environment, all users must be 18 years or older to join and participate in our Community Feed. Age verification is required to comply with laws designed to protect minors online.

• Users found to be under 18 will have their access restricted and my be suspended without refund.

• Because some discussions, shared music, and community interactions may be mature or require adult-level judgment, this policy is strictly enforced.

2. Respect One Another

• Every member deserves to feel heard and valued.

• Respectful disagreement is welcome, but all interactions should be guided by kindness, courtesy, and a constructive spirit.

• Personal attacks, inflammatory language, or hostile behavior are strictly prohibited.

3. Professional Conduct and Confidentiality

• Conduct yourself mindfully and professionally at all times.

• This platform encourages respectful dialogue and a culture of confidentiality. However, we cannot guarantee that other members will keep shared content private.

• Please share at your own discretion.

• Represent yourself authentically and responsibly.

4. Harassment-Free Environment

Harassment, bullying, or targeted attacks of any kind are strictly prohibited. This includes:

• Derogatory language

• Intimidation

• Repeated unwanted contact

• Any behavior that makes another member feel unsafe

Violations may result in immediate removal from the platform.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

All members must respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

• Do not share or claim content you do not have the legal right to distribute.

• Any content you post must be original or used with proper permission and attribution.

We take rights protection seriously, and violations may lead to removal.

6. Purposeful Engagement

• Engage intentionally and respectfully—whether posting, commenting, collaborating, or reaching out offline.

• You are responsible for the impact of your words and content.

• Think before you post, and maintain a supportive tone in all communication.

7. Connection and Contact Information

• When connecting with others, ensure that any contact or social information you share is accurate and up to date.

• This helps maintain transparency and genuine networking within the platform.

8. Content Sharing, Audio, and Media Use

• For visibility, attribution, and rights protection, we encourage users to embed music or media links from official DSPs rather than upload files directly.

​

To preserve user rights:

• We do not store or archive user-uploaded audio.

• Any audio files shared in discussions are manually deleted.

• Do not upload images or videos unless you own them or have the proper rights.

• This applies across the platform, including direct chat messages.

These practices help protect your creative ownership and maintain platform integrity.

9. Violations and Enforcement

If a member violates these terms, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning

• Temporarily suspend access

• Permanently remove the member

• Remove any content that violates these policies

• Restrict future access to protect the community

Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent removal.
