Our platform is designed for music creators of all ages; however, access to the Community Feed is restricted. Because shared music and discussions may include explicit content and require mature judgment, users must be 18 years of age or older to join the Community Feed.

Users under 18 are still welcome to subscribe and take advantage of our full suite of tools, including music protection in minutes, proof of ownership, time management tools, and flow analysis to support work on your next track.

This policy helps us:

Maintain a safe and respectful environment
Protect younger users from exposure to mature content
Ensure discussions remain appropriate for creators
Keep interactions aligned with our standards of responsible discourse

By starting your subscription, you agree to comply with this policy and all related platform bylaws.

Enforcing the Age Policy

Effective Date: 12/16/2025

We take this policy seriously in order to protect both our users and the integrity of the platform.

If we become aware that a user is under the age of 18, or has misrepresented their age during signup or participation, we may take one or more of the following actions:

1. Suspend or Delete Accounts in Violation

We reserve the right to suspend access to the Community Feed and, in cases involving age misrepresentation, permanently delete accounts created in violation of this policy.

2. Remove Submitted Content

Any posts, uploads, or interactions submitted by an underage user may be removed to maintain a compliant, safe, and age-appropriate environment.

3. Block Future Access Until Eligible

Users who violate this policy may be restricted from creating new accounts or accessing the Community Feed until they meet the minimum age requirement.

Age Protection Policy

This Age Protection Policy supports and works in conjunction with our Age Policy and Enforcing the Age Policy provisions. It outlines the measures we use to uphold age requirements while minimizing the collection of personal data.

To comply with these policies, we implement the following safeguards:

Confirmation Checkboxes During Sign-Up

Users must explicitly confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement and agree to comply with our Age Policy before completing registration or accessing age-restricted areas.

Age Requirement Notices

Clear age requirement notices are displayed near subscription buttons, Community Feed access points, and other relevant areas to inform users of age-restricted features and content.

Manual Review of Credible Reports

If we receive a credible report suggesting a user may be under the required age, we conduct a manual review in accordance with our Enforcing the Age Policy procedures. Platform staff may also periodically review content and activity to help ensure compliance.

Refusal to Store Underage Information

If a user self-identifies as being under 18 during sign-up or interaction with the platform, we do not collect or store their personal information and may restrict access as outlined in our enforcement policies.

We do not request government-issued identification, birthdates, or other sensitive personal data, as doing so would require elevated data-handling obligations. Instead, we rely on clear disclosures, explicit user confirmations, and established best practices for platforms that maintain age-restricted content and community areas.
