• Access and use our music, beats, and other creative content for personal or professional projects, or as explicitly permitted under purchased licenses

This license does not grant ownership of the software, tools, content, or any underlying intellectual property.

3. Subscriptions and Feature Unlocks

• Paid subscriptions or licenses unlock additional tools, content, usage limits, or platform features.

• Access remains active only while your subscription is in good standing, and purchased licenses remain valid according to their terms. Failure to maintain payment may result in loss of access.

• We reserve the right to update, improve, or modify available tools, features, or content as the platform evolves, provided such changes do not materially reduce the core value of your subscription or purchased license.

 

4. Restrictions on Use
You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Copy, resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute software, tools, content, or beats without explicit permission or proper licensing

• Circumvent access controls, usage limits, or paywalls

• Use automated systems to scrape or exploit the platform

• Share subscriber-only content publicly or distribute files without authorization

Unauthorized use may result in immediate suspension, removal, or legal action.​

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All software, tools, interfaces, designs, trademarks, workflows, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of the platform and its licensors.

• Creators retain full ownership of their original content. By using the platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to access, process, and display submitted content solely as necessary to operate, maintain, and deliver platform functionality.

• All music, beats, and other content available on the platform are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use, distribution, reproduction, or AI training of content is strictly prohibited without explicit permission.
