By subscribing and accessing the Community Feed, you agree to these Community Protection Terms. These guidelines are designed to ensure a safe, respectful, and collaborative environment where all members can engage, create, and interact responsibly.

1. Community Feed Policy (18+)

• To maintain a safe and mature environment, all users must be 18 years of age or older to join and participate in the Community Feed. This requirement is enforced in accordance with our Age Policy, Age Protection Policy, and Enforcing the Age Policy provisions.

• Because some discussions, shared music, and community interactions may include mature themes or require adult-level judgment, this policy is strictly enforced.

• Users found to be under 18 may have their access restricted, suspended, or permanently removed without refund, as outlined in our enforcement policies.

2. Respect One Another

• Every member deserves to feel heard and valued.

• Respectful disagreement is welcome; however, all interactions must be conducted with courtesy, professionalism, and constructive intent. Personal attacks, inflammatory language, or hostile behavior are strictly prohibited.

3. Professional Conduct and Confidentiality

• Members are expected to conduct themselves professionally and responsibly at all times.

• While this platform promotes respectful collaboration and a culture of discretion, we cannot guarantee that other members will keep shared content confidential. Please share information, ideas, or works at your own discretion.

• Represent yourself authentically and responsibly in all interactions.

4. Harassment-Free Environment

• Harassment, bullying, or targeted behavior of any kind is strictly prohibited.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Derogatory or abusive language

• Intimidation or threats

• Repeated unwanted contact

• Any conduct that makes another member feel unsafe

Violations may result in immediate suspension or removal from the platform.

5. Copyright and Intellectual Property

• All members must respect copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.

• Do not upload, distribute, or claim ownership of content unless you have the legal right to do so. Content shared on the platform must be original or used with proper permission and attribution.

• Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.

6. Purposeful and Responsible Engagement

• Engage intentionally and respectfully when posting, commenting, collaborating, or communicating on or off the platform.

• You are responsible for the impact of your words and content. Think before you post, and maintain a supportive, professional tone in all communications.

7. Connection and Contact Information

• When connecting with other members, ensure that any contact details or social information you share are accurate and up to date. This helps maintain transparency, trust, and genuine networking within the community.

8. Content Sharing, Audio, and Media Use

• To support visibility, attribution, and rights protection, members are encouraged to embed links from official DSPs rather than upload audio files directly.

​

To preserve user rights:

• We do not store or archive user-uploaded audio

• Any audio files shared in discussions may be manually deleted

• Images or videos may only be uploaded if you own the content or have proper authorization

These rules apply across the platform, including direct messages and community discussions.

9. Violations and Enforcement

If a member violates these Terms or any related platform policies, we may take one or more of the following actions:

• Issue a warning

• Temporarily suspend access

• Permanently remove the member

• Remove violating content

• Restrict future access to protect the community

Serious or repeated violations will result in permanent removal.
